Pilates is a method created by Joseph Pilates that combines Stretching et muscle strengthening ; core strengthening, centering, breathing, fluidity: everything will be in place to move with pleasure and efficiency!
This dance workshop invites you to a gentle and sensitive exploration of movement through body mediation and inner listening. Guided by fluid and improvised gestures, you will be led to release tension, fully inhabit your body and reconnect with your deepest sensations. Without seeking performance, the emphasis is placed on self-awareness, feeling, and freedom of expression through movement. Part of the workshop is also dedicated to collective dance, in a joyful and spontaneous spirit, to experience connection with others through the pleasure of shared movement. A gentle and caring space to refocus, free yourself and dance fully.
Method invented by Alexandre Munz (former star dancer of the Berlin Opera), this workshop will be a succession of rotations and counter-rotations which, executed extremely slowly, will allow the release of our fascia. A meditation in motion!
This vocal workshop, "The Roots of the Voice," will explore polyphony through a variety of tools. Vocal technique work on the brilliance of sung vowels, Song circle work, vocal painting, and learning by ear songs related to the theme of Roots in Motion. A moment to discover yourself through your voice and those of others.
Carried by a wind of freedom and madness, the Koira choir was launched in 2016 and was legally created in August 2024.
It carries values of openness, tolerance and respect.
He lets himself be carried towards different artistic horizons and revisits a varied repertoire of French and English pop/rock, world songs and classical and African music. The eclectic repertoire goes from world songs to classical songs, from folk music to contemporary, pop or jazzy pieces.
The Koïra vocal ensemble has been led by Thomas Schroeder, a conductor of temperament, since 2021. It is composed of parents, teachers, former students, and friends of the Michaël School in Koenigshoffen.
The group is happy to be surprised each year by its conductor's innovative proposals, combining fantasy and rigor in a constantly good mood. In a relaxed and serious atmosphere, the group of 40 colorful choristers works on a varied eclectic repertoire by heart, a cappella and accompanied. Their desire is to transmit their joy of living through music and create a special connection with their audience.
The Turquoise Group, founded in early 2010 and led by Mehmet Kaba, brings together seven amateur musicians who share a passion for Turkish music. Rather than performing the most high-profile songs, the ensemble has chosen to honor certain Turkish poets and troubadours (Yunus Emre, Pir Sultan Abdal, Asik Veysel, etc.) as well as the demanding repertoire of Turkish classical music.
Created under the leadership of Odile Barreault, this vocal ensemble is composed of 6 women: Christiane Gonclaves, Pascale Gillig (sopranos), Aurélia Barth-Foehrle, Françoise Evrard (mezzo-sopranos), Agnès Michel and Odile Barreault (altos).
The ensemble has been performing since December 2021. They are accompanied on the organ by Benoît Clavier, organist at the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Strasbourg and organist at the Sainte-Famille Church in Schiltigheim, and on the piano by Firmin Martens, piano teacher graduated from the Strasbourg Higher Academy of Music HEAR.
Regular rehearsals allow for a constantly demanding musical and vocal level. Singers and instrumentalists communicate to the public their commitment to charitable and solidarity organizations.
